Instrument Rental Agreement
This Instrument Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Canal Fulton Music (“Lessor”) and the undersigned customer (“Lessee”). By agreeing to this Agreement, the Lessee agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ownership of Instruments:
All instruments rented under this Agreement remain the property of Canal Fulton Music until all payments are received in full, if applicable. The Lessee has NO obligation to purchase the instrument, and it may be returned at any time.

2. Rental Payments:
Any amount paid by the Lessee under this Agreement is considered rent for the use of the instrument. There is no obligation to continue payments beyond the time the instrument is returned.

3. Return of Instrument:
The Lessee may return the instrument to Canal Fulton Music at any time during the rental period. Upon return, no additional payments will be required.

4. Warranty:
The instrument rented under this Agreement is covered by a one-year warranty, which covers defects and issues arising from normal use. This warranty does not cover any damage resulting from malicious intent, carelessness, or misuse of the instrument.

5. Condition of Instrument:
The Lessee agrees to maintain the instrument in good condition and to use it only for its intended purpose. The Lessee will be responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.

6. Termination:
This Agreement may be terminated by either party at any time. The Lessee must return the instrument to Canal Fulton Music upon termination.
